Richard P. Ready supervises all real estate and litigation matters at the firm. In real estate, he has broadened the firm’s banking relationship to include representation of lenders in compliance, regulatory, commercial, and residential matters. Additionally, Mr. Ready supervises the representation of numerous entities and individuals in their real estate holdings and transactions.
Mr. Ready’s litigation work includes oversight of representation of numerous national insurance carriers in the area of negligence defense, no-fault litigation, subrogation claims, and SUM claims.
Mr. Ready is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, where he serves on the Insurance Committee and Defendant’s Roundtable. He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New York Bar Association, and the Nassau/Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Ready is admitted to practice in New York State and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts. He is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law.
